Activities Supported

    • via the in-room Teams Room device and on-table touch pad

    • Use the Teams, Zoom, GoToMeeting, WebEx, etc. on your laptop.
    • Your laptop will control the room camera, speakers and microphones.
      • Plug in using either USB cable (Mac and Windows); a video driver install is required to use the cable (Google link: Display Link Driver)
      • Wireless via ScreenBeam Miracast (windows only)
  • Share Screen and Audio only
    • Neither the camera nor microphones are supported in this mode.
